NEW LABEL: JAMES & NICHOLSON AND MYRTLE BEACH BECOME DAIBER
We have something special planned for the coming year:With a view to the 2025 season, it was also time for a makeover of our corporate fashion brands. We are combining all JAMES & NICHOLSON and myrtle beach products under the Daiber brand. This means that new or re-produced items of both brands will bear the Daiber label from 1 January. Therefore, we say goodbye to our JAMES & NICHOLSON and myrtle beach product brands and are positioning ourselves for the future by reducing the complexity of our global production, retail and distribution in the long run.
At first glance, this sounds like a big change. But don't worry: apart from the name, nothing will change. Our products will remain 1the same - in terms of quality and design - and existing products will not even change their product number! Our range of services with comprehensive advice, our network for production and retail and the option of customisation will also remain the same. Now the new brand also represents us in each of our products as what we are: Daiber.
DAIBER IS READY FOR 2025: NEW ITEMS, NEW COLOURS, NEW POSSIBILITIES!
From polo to sweat. From beanie to coat.Customised outfits included!
Look forward to over 800 customisable items that combine work and leisure in a fashionable way. Numerous crossover styles await you: for work and leisure, everything your heart desires!
The highlights among this year's novelties include new oversized products such as T-shirts and sweatshirts made of organic cotton, shape-retaining interlock items with fashionable accents and timeless outerwear such as winter coats or a college jacket.
As you would expect from us, many items can be combined with each other - even with existing collections. This means that corporate outfits for employees can be gradually expanded or updated with new colours.
Climate-neutral production of the main catalogue
Our commitment to a good climate
It is important to us to act sustainably both with our products and holistically. We want to take responsibility for the emissions generated by our catalogue printing and give something back to nature in the process. For this reason, we are a ClimatePartner and produce our catalogue in a climate-neutral way. This means that we offset the unavoidable CO2 emissions generated during printing by supporting climate protection projects.
Our triad for more sustainability
Our climate protection project + marine protection, 1 t CO2 + 10 kg plastic, worldwide
This combined project contributes to the financing of a certified climate protection project and also supports marine conservation worldwide. For every tonne of CO2 saved through the contribution via a certified climate protection project, 10 kg of plastic is collected in coastal regions. In this way, plastic is intercepted before it reaches the sea and sensitive marine ecosystems are protected. Marine conservation is currently being combined with a certified cookstove project in India. Efficient cookstoves require less wood, minimising deforestation.
With our combined project, we are combining verified emission reductions through a certified climate protection project with an additional commitment to protecting the oceans. The ocean stores a quarter of the CO2 from the atmosphere and as much as 93 per cent of the heat from the greenhouse effect - making it a major brake on climate change. Warming, overfishing, pollutants and waste are jeopardising this balancing function. Over 12 million tonnes of plastic waste end up in the sea every year. Developing countries in particular often lack the infrastructure to dispose of it properly. Various initiatives prevent plastic waste from ending up in the sea and at the same time are committed to improving the living conditions of the collecting communities - thus helping to protect the environment. The certified climate protection project is registered with international standards.
We use recycled paper
With every sheet of recycled paper, we improve our ecological footprint and make an important contribution to a more sustainable future.Recycled paper conserves forests, protects biodiversity and the climate, and saves energy, water and CO2 during production. We use 100% FSC-certified recycled paper for the production of this year's main catalogue.
